I had the pleasure of studying Chinese with Siqin and I can confidently say that she is an outstanding teacher. Her lessons are well-structured, and she has a deep understanding of both the language and the culture, making every session informative and engaging. What sets her apart is her patience and ability to explain even the most difficult concepts in a way that’s easy to understand. She tailors her teaching approach to fit the student's learning style, which really helped me progress faster. If you're looking to learn Chinese, I highly recommend her!

Basic spanish with Manuel
I had a great experience with Manuel, a native Spanish speaker. It was very convenient and helpful that he also spoke my native language. I recommend the school to anyone who wants to learn or improve their language with a flexible system for managing their lessons and knowledgeable support staff.

Great support
As an online English teacher tutor, I have explored various platforms, but none have matched the user-friendly experience of Live XP. From seamless student contact to efficient lesson delivery, the platform is exceptionally well-designed and offers rapid support whenever needed. However, one challenge I face is the limited number of students on the site, which can make it difficult to maintain a consistent teaching schedule. Despite this hurdle, the overall functionality and support of Live XP greatly enhance my teaching experience.

When withdrawing money, they asked to show an identity document. I initially provided a document that was in Cyrillic. I was refused because of the letters, they asked for Latin. I added a document in Latin (not a passport). I was refused. I wrote to support, asked the reason for the rejection. I was told that my document is suitable, but the date is not visible on it. Take a photo of it from the back and make a collage. I did everything as they said. The next time they rejected my documents again. I asked the reason. They write that only a passport will suit them. That is, I must take a photo of my passport and my face. Comrades, be careful - this is dangerous! You can apply for a microloan with such a photo. I tell them that you must provide me with your offer or an official document where this is written correctly. I requested this document several times. They ignored me. They also did not give me contacts. It is not clear where to contact except support. I am not sure, but perhaps they are scammers. The money was never paid...

AWAY FROM THEM!!
It is an unreliable and unacceptable learning platform. Also sometimes tutors didn't even show up to class after first making the payment and their support eventually told me that next time they will consider similar complaints non-refundable!! So that means they first want me to pay them and if their tutor doesn't show up to class, they won't refund me!! I will never use this platform again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

When users report any issues, it is vital to follow the support team's advice. If you disregard their guidance, it makes it challenging for us to continue making exceptions. In such situations, it appears that you are not open to resolving the issue, which results in us both returning your lessons, adding exceptions, and paying the tutor without resolving the underlying problem.
We are always ready to take responsibility for any platform failures. However, mutual cooperation is crucial for a successful resolution.
We sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations and hope we can improve in the future.
