Excellent doctor who listened and was very thorough with her diagnosis. Easy to book online and meant I didn’t have to sit on the end of a phone for hours trying to book an appointment at my surgery. Difficult when you’re at work!

Excellent doctor, understood the issue very quickly and solved it for me. I’m very happy.

My experience with Livi was very good. The doctor listened very carefully and very empathetic. As I am travelling around South East Asia, this service is very important to me at 70 years old.

Used to be good, I use to get an appointment within an hour but now I put a request thru as soon as they open and they never have any appointments

Used to be excellent but recently in our area in SE Cornwall if I try to book online I am now greeted by ‘no appointments today- try tomorrow’
However if i wait in an endless phone queue for my gp surgery- the admin team will book a Livi appointment within a few days
Conclusion - Livi no longer offer on line booking to individuals in my area

Booked an appointment and managed to get one on the same day. However, got messages of the appointment being delayed several times due to appointments running over. Waited over an hour now and finally received a message saying it’s now been rescheduled to tomorrow.

The app sent me messages about my appointment being delayed but when you click into the message, it just disappears so it doesn’t go into an inbox or anything. Overall very frustrated and disappointing experience.

At least if I tried to call my local gp, I’ll know straight away that I won’t have an appointment instead of waiting around for an appointment that doesn’t happen.

I had also called their support line and they said my appointment was going to go ahead today. Absolutely rubbish experience.

Appointment was made immediately and seen that day. Only a 15 minute wait in a very crowded appointment book. GP was very good and forwarded my requirements to my own surgery immediately.

It was quick and easy to use once you have set it up. You do have to ask your doctor's surgery to share your digital records with a third party before it will work. Once you have done that and gone through a list of questions to clarify why you need to talk to your GP, and appointment can be made or you can simply opt to go and a waiting list. I chose the waiting list and had my appointment within 15 minutes. The appointment discussion was just as would have expected from my own doctor. I was really satisfied with the whole process.

Talking with the Dr was fine but trying to book an appointment on Livi is almost impossible as always seems to fully booked for the day and you can't book beyond! Beats the object really.

Doctor was more interested and informative than at the surgery, no rushing, and very helpful.

Appointment availability is good, but every Appointment I've had they refer me back to my doctors (but the docs referred me to this app anyway) and had an appointment tonight (again directed here from my docs) I'm desperate for this app for depression, they were 30 mins late then cancelled my appointment!!!

I was very reluctant at the beginning and did not finish the booking process. After, I was very pleased about the knowledge, care and conversation with the doctor. She was very professional, and the appointment was in the day as an emergency, so it saved me days or weeks of waiting time. I saved time and maybe my life this new triage system. Thank you!

Excellent service. Same day appointment to talk to a Dr. All sorted quickly and medication automatically issued. Brilliant.

Difficult when you’re at work yourself! I booked the appointment for during my lunch hour. She was 30 mins late but I’m guessing that’s a knock on from the appointments before me - not a major problem!

It's easier to make an appointment with Livi than an in person visit. Although the time booked may not exactly the time the doctor would meet you, I met the doctor finally and got help.

Did what was requested!

Great help for people who are struggling to call in the morning, say after the night shift or having specific medical condition. Minus one star as not punctual.
