Livicor Hair Reviews 

I have been using hair extensions for years now, and had the opportunity to try different stores. And I must say Livicor has the best extensions. The colour matching was incredibly perfect and suits my hair texture too. When I touch my hair, I don’t even feel I am having extensions. They fit incredibly well and give a whole new look and feel. Thanks Livicor, you are an absolute game changer.

I was looking for hair extensions I could wear long term so made the decision to invest in what I thought would be “raw” hair (as advertised on the livicor website). Firstly, I had to wait for around a month for the hair to be delivered to me. The hair was delivered from Vietnam and it arrived to me in a busted tiny box wrapped in masking tape. Once I opened the box the smell of the hair hit me it was the most offensive smell I have ever smelt hair to be. As soon as I touched the hair it felt so rough and dry I could not believe it. However, I thought maybe because it had been sitting in the box for a month during delivery it could of dried out. I did spray it with a mist of water just to see if it would soften. WRONG. The hair turned even worse it matted so badly I could not believe it. It was the worse hair I ever received. I immediately contacted the owner of livicor to tell her the situation and she said she would refund me the money. I sent the hair back, and a couple of weeks later I get a lovely email whilst in hospital accusing me that I had put some kind of product on the hair and therefore cannot be refunded.
I was mortified. I paid over £300 for the poorest quality hair I have ever received. The hair was sent back to me, stuffed in the box in a dreadful way.
This is the worse customer service I have ever received. I understand the policy states the hair cannot be tampered with. However, due to the sheer appalling quality of this hair I should of been refunded. The hair was so bad I could not install it in my head. Such a horrible experience and complete waste of money.

Lovely company, the hair is beautiful & really good for the price you pay!! The hair I got didn’t match mine abs they were so lovely abs changed the hair to ones that hatch mine without any extra fees❤️ Overall lively experience x

Extremely happy with my order and their customer service. Couldn’t find anywhere who can do wavy platinum blonde tape extensions to match my hair without breaking the bank. Came across Livicor and was a little sceptical, but I went with my gut and ordered and now I’m beyond happy! Had so so so many compliments on my new ‘mermaid hair’ and matches my hair like a glove plus looks and feel incredible even after multiple washes! Thanks to the Livicor team you definitely have a returning customer :)

I was very pleased with my order, great curl pattern and softness but however I wanted to change colour to a lighter shade using a ammonia free dye but to my disappointment the curls pattern became looser and the hair is now dry..
