Don’t buy here : oplichters

Terrible.. Don’t waste your money here. There are other options than these scammers.
I ordered a Hübsch poetic vitrine cabinet: when it arrived, the glass was broken and one of the small doors hung crooked. No replies on my e-mails with photos of the broken product. Nothing, just 150 euro’s down the drain..

Absolute shambles

Absolute shambles. Do not buy from this company. I bought from the UK, they charged me local VAT on an export item and then I got VAT charged correctly when entering the UK. Now ghosting me. Charlatans. Do not buy from UK

This company steals money of people

This company is mafia. They have stolen my money almost 400€. I have ordered lamps almost three months and I haven’t received them since my order last November. I sent many emails to get news and they barely answer. Most of the times, they never reply to them and if they do, answers are really vague and unclear. They offered to refund me but since then, I don’t have any news, any money back to my account and of course, no answer to my emails. If you want to get ripped off, order here, you will be happy. If you want to receive products you pay for as a normal company should do by law, go to other decoration companies.

Not recommended

Ordered a ceiling light for over 200 pounds on 2nd November. The company pretended they have posted the item and asked me to check my spam folder. When I complained - they cancelled my order but would not pay me back until I opened a case with PayPal. Finally got my money back on 30th December. Not recommended.

Where is my package??

Placed an order on 1st of December and I have not received neither the package nor any communications yet. I have paid €17 of shipping fee for a non-existent delivery.

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience – terrible customer service!

I placed a large order with Living and Company and asked customer service to delay the shipment as I had not yet moved into my new apartment. Unfortunately, I never received a response to multiple emails. Since it was a significant amount of money and I wasn’t getting any replies, I decided to cancel my order – but even then, I received no acknowledgment or response.

Instead, I suddenly received a shipping confirmation, despite having already canceled my order. I tried to contact customer service again but either received no response at all or no helpful support. Canceling the shipment was impossible since the provided tracking number gave me no control over the shipping status.

The worst part: The shipping status didn’t change at all for two weeks – meaning the order hadn’t even been shipped! Despite this, the shop ignored my repeated cancellation requests and made no effort to resolve the issue. Their approach to customer service is unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

To me, this behavior is borderline fraudulent. I strongly advise against ordering from this store!

They just kept my 1200€ and ignored me over a year!

We ordered our two-piece sofa from Living and Company in September 2023 and only half of it arrived. The other half was "lost", but I have been waiting for a refund since that day and it has been a whole year - to no avail. I am always being put off and my emails have been completely ignored. I want my money back !!! Order number: ORD202374350

Edit: They are deleting my reviews on other platforms It has now been a year since I made the order, and after being ghosted by Living and Company, I had to place an order with another supplier to complete my couch.
