FAULTY OVEN. NO REPLY
I bought two halogen ovens on the 22/10/2023. One has developed a fault. I've sent an email with proof of purchase to support on the 29th of June and heard nothing back from the company. I guess that they hope we just disappear!! I will never buy from them again

Ordered 2 drinks holders for sun loungers. Unfortunately only 1 arrived. After a quick email to customer service it was quickly rectified and 2nd holder arrived 2 days later. Was no rush anyway with poor weather.

Brought a pool filter from Livvio
Sadly it did not fit my pool
Asked Livvio if I could return it and they were very helpful in my request .
I had to pay £3 to return it but as soon as I sent them tracking details they gave me a full refund for the filter . Because of the good customer service I would shop with Livvio again
