Less 'magic', more tragic :(
Rose Gold Magic 8 Ball - I definitely received a used or returned product. The box was not sealed (although an attempt had been made to make it appear so). In addition the 8 ball is badly made and does not work well at all. It should be a simple shake and turn upwards to read result, but 9 times out of 10 (and I have counted!) you get an 'edge' or the result is unreadable - the answers are in a ridiculously small font. I've given two stars rather than one because delivery was speedy..

Great quality, building it was a bit of the challenge, as the lables on the parts didn't match the pictures or lables on paper
instructions, obviously done when in the factory, but built and very happy with it!

We brought a heated blanket some time…
We brought a heated blanket some time ago and my fiancee loved it. It was a good colour to match in with things (obv important!🤣) it was soft, and actually big enough to cover both of us if we wanted. When we had some issues with it, the customer service team were super amazing and got things sorted out incredibly quickly. Great service.

I received my goods but unfortunately they were damaged. its quite clear to see they have been damaged in transit.
i immediately contacted Livivo who were straight back to me. they apologized for the inconvenience and immediately dispatched a new order.
goods are now on route. well done for such a fast response. customer care at its finest.
