Recently received my LIV-GX1 watch and it is everything I expected, truly amazing watch! A fine time piece undoubtedly. Looking forward to expanding my LIV collection. Do not hesitate to place your order. The LIV Team is amazing and kept me up to date throughout the entire process, well worth the wait.

I just purchased my first LIV and it will not be my last. I have Breitling, Omega and Tag Heuer in my collection and now I'll add a LIV. Very sport, but classy.

After seeing LIV watches online I was impressed and wanted to add one to my collection. I decided on the Rebel-DDC in T.J. blue because of the unique shape and color. I placed my order at 5 in the morning and paid the extra for overnight shipping. My shipping label was created and I carefully watched for movement... sadly it never left their location. I contacted customer service and was told that I ordered too late in the day for the watch to make the afternoon shipment. I did not realize placing my order at 5 am was too late in the day for them to process. This was the first star gone. Fedex then botched the shipping and the watch sat in their facility over the weekend so my overnight shipping turned into 4 day shipping. Customer service agreed to refund the overnight shipping. Previous star lost returned. I received the watch and I truly love it. My problems are with the crown and the review of it I left on their website not being posted. First the watch's crown - it is completely smooth and has no ridges to grasp to set operations. It is very difficult at best to try and operate it. Two stars gone for this because the crown is such an important aspect, otherwise the watch is very nice. Second on the review not being posted on their website. After sending in my review I was contacted by the Chaz-bot that stated they were sorry it was not up to my expectations and that "he" was going to put his best watch concierge on this to contact me. There is nothing they can do about the crown except maybe for future models so I expected nothing for this issue, BUT I was never contacted and like I said the review was never posted. Since 9/29 only other positive 5 star reviews have been posted to their site in their quest to reach 6000 5 star reviews. All in all a very nice watch minus the crown, which in my opinion is important, terrible shipping by Fedex and sub-par customer service experience thus far.

I am a watch enthusiast and a collector as well.I always like to add new and exciting brands to my collection.I found Liv watches website online and viewed their very unique line of watches. I researched their Co. very extensively.Honestly, I was quite impressed with the quality and design of these timepieces, refreshing to see in these times.Swiss made watches at such bargain prices, a big bonus.I ordered the GX-1A after contemplating which one I should get. The LIV Team supported me every step of the process. When I promptly received my watch, I was ecstatic at such an innovative and quality type timepiece. I want to thank Chaz,Esti and the whole LIV Team for creating such a brand.Anxiously waiting for my next purchase.

I got the LIV Moon Dust blue dial. The orange logo and the smooth running orange second hand stand out. The additional orange markings on the crown and the orange ring under the bezel make it a stunning, eye catching design The watch keeps time very well, too. Glad I bought it for my collection.

One of the best decision I’ve made in purchasing my first Liv watch. I have plenty of watches but this is becoming one of favor watches to wear. The weight of the watch is perfect and balances well but most all it’s made with pure quality. The design is flawless and it shows as soon you get it out of the box. I’ve gotten many compliments about it but most of all you can wear it for any occasion.

For the money, this is the best watch I have ever worn. The whole experience was excellent throughout with Chaz reaching out to me several times to make sure that I received everything in good order and was happy with my watch. I will definitely by another LIV in the future.

I currently own Omega, Oris, Tag, and other watches. Had Rolexes too. But there are two reasons I purchased a Liv 41mm Diver: Price/Performance and Customer Support. I am very impressed by the quality of this timepiece, the materials used, and how perfectly it was assembled. And the support I've had from the Liv team is outstanding. WAY better interactions than I received from any of the other brands. Much more personal and direct.

The only recommendation I can make to Liv is to slightly chamfer the edges of the watch and the bracelet. They are a little sharp. But all other details are spot-on.

Been thinking about a LIV for a while. Saw an ad for the GX1 in Cool Grey. Took the plunge and have been very impressed with every aspect of service, delivery and product. I was slightly concerned when the watch arrived with weight of it. But after putting it on it felt seriously comfortable. The fit of the strap seems to counter the weight. Very impressed!!

The entire experience has been pleasant and professional from start to finish and I love the watch. I love the design in craftsmanship, appears to be a very well-made watch. The size and weight are perfect for me as I like big and thick watches and this is comprable to my other watches that are wear on the regular basis.

Watch is incredible, in the photos looks great but in flesh is AWESOME, quality is great and their customer service is by far the best I have experienced ever.
