I made my purchases online as a new cleansing regime and it arrived by Royal Mail yesterday(Royal Mail poor).
I ordered quite a few Liz Earle items for my sister as a gift in 2022 and she was amazed with the cleansing and hydration gift set I ordered for her and high praise indeed as my sister reads every component of products as is a experienced organic purchaser of food and make up products. I am so impressed with my items that are beautifully presented and the big pleasure is the complimentary bottle of Fragrance No 100. Wonderful

Used on and off for decades and loved it but everything I have bought since November brings my face out in red spots and feels tight and itchy and lines and wrinkles deeper than ever. The body wash and cream is awful, very drying. I now understand after reading earlier reviews that I'm not the only one. It's very expensive but I'll have to bin it all. Won't buy again.

I have been using Liz Earle for 4years now with no problems until the last 6 months. The toner, moisturiser and facial scrub have brought my face out on a red rash. Took me a while to figure out the trigger but when I don't use it my face is clear. Very disappointed 😞

I've been using Liz Earle for around 3 years now and within the past 6 months I've had a bad reaction on my face to all of the products. My skin broke out in small red spots with fluid in them, literally hundreds all over my neck, cheeks and cheekbones.

I've recently heard that the ingredients have changed, I'm not sure if that's the case but I am really disappointed as I can no longer use the brand, even the items for sensitive skin. The smells are no longer delicate anymore and seem quite overpowering too.

Liz Earle belongs to Boots now. And Walgreen and Boots have an alliance. That’s why all the products have changed. I have used the shampoo and conditioner for fine hair for years and now they’ve changed the shampoo and discontinued the conditioner for fine hair. They’re losing customers hand over fist and don’t seem to be concerned. There are alternatives out there now, look around. Very sad.

This is a lovely conditioner from Liz Earle, but the container tube is a nightmare!

The tube is made of very hard plastic which is extremely difficult to squeeze, and has a tiny opening which only lets a pin-sized amount of conditioner out at any one time.

I am very disappointed with this, and will not buy it again unless the tube is replaced by something which I can use.

I received a gift of rose and ginger body wash and body cream. The smell was very unpleasant. I asked my mum to try it and she agreed with me. Both ended in the bin. Very disappointed.

I've used Liz Earle for many years and I'm continually impressed by the speedy service, environmentally friendly packaging and the quality of the products.
I'm in my 50's and having 'trialled and errored' so many products over the years, I'm now sticking to what I like - so please don't change them!
I use the hot cloth cleanser - which was a true revelation - along with the skin tonic and soothing eye lotion. Others have said they have noticed the change in products but I certainly haven't noticed nor had any adverse affects.
Along with the luxurious packaging, you invariably get some good sized free samples with orders aswell.

I've used Liz Earle products for years - never had any issues, a few days ago I was about to purchase a few things on their website as it was showing free delivery - however went to the checkout and it was still charging - I messaged them on FB and they soon came back to me to say it was an accident and has now been removed however they will honour this - I would just need to call to place the order. Just rang and explained what happened - the lady on the phone was very polite and put my order through - no hassle what so ever - a great customer experience! Nice to see there are still decent companies out there.

Never had a problem with spots and burning until now. I’m 63. I started Liz Earle just after Christmas. Spots started more or less straight away , then big red blotches with white spots .
It was only when my daughter said it’s something you’re putting on your face that it clicked it was the new cream .

It has totally ruined my skin !!

I love Liz Earle the products are amazing. I especially loved the ginger cleanser i got at Christmas. The original products are the best for removing makeup and moisturising my skin. I tried others and honestly i shouldnt have even bothered as Liz Earle wins by far :) p.s if you manage to speak to the rep in Boots Braehead Glasgow she was great at explaining all the different products.

Not rating the products as they weren't for me but had a bit of a problem and customer support were great so will give them 5 stars a this site is more for how trust worthy a company is rather than how much you like their products

Liz Earle was recommended to me by a friend so as I'm getting older I thought I'd try it instead of my usual Nivea Q10. I wish I hadn't! After only a year of using it I now have age spots and dry uneven skin which was never a problem before. I'll be going back to Nivea now.

I placed an order before Christmas and by mistake I used half the address that parcel was going to and half my own address. It obviously didn't work! I phoned customer services and I was straight through to a person, no horrible automated system or massive wait. I spoke to Anita and despite it being my fault she managed to find a replacement for what I had ordered and got it on a next day service. Truly above and beyond. Thank you Anita!

What in gods name have they done? I have used LE for many, many years but the changes to their products are truly awful. Like others have said, the moisturisers leave my skin really dry and it stings on application. The pro-biotic range is beyond awful. The smell alone is enough to make you gag. It’s the worst product they have ever brought out. Will finish my other LE products while researching something better. Even if it costs a bit more. I’m done with LE now.

Have used Liz Earle for many years. Lovely fragrances and not overpowering. Had noticed problems with my skin but I put them down to age. However after reading reviews I can see other customers having similar problems to mine. I've noticed I can't use the skin tonic even though it's gone back to original formulation. Leaves skin foamy and greasy. Superskin moisturiser doesn't sink in and just sits on the top making foundation slide off. Very disappointing after all this time.

I stopped using Liz Earl when they changed the skin tonic it was terrible. Having read that they had gone back to the original formula I decided to treat myself at xmas with a selection. Big mistake the skin tonic is fine but the skin repair cream made my face burn. After using the orange flower shower gel which used to be beautiful . I found myself with terribly uncomfortable thrush NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE LIZ EARL

Difficult to rate as still waiting for the product to arrive direct from Liz Earle. If you didn't need anti-aging products before, you might by the time the you get them.
