Gordon catered for our harvest supper perfectly with a BBQ buffet which all our guest thoroughly enjoyed. Professional and polite, Would definitely recommend!

From start to finish, my experience with LJB Charred Hog was outstanding. Gordon and his team deliver not only exceptional food but also genuine hospitality that’s hard to find these days.

The Hog was absolutely top-notch — perfectly smoked, full of rich flavour, and beautifully presented. You can tell that a lot of passion and care goes into everything they serve. The sides were just as delicious and clearly made with quality ingredients.

What really stood out, though, was the team itself. Gordon and his crew are friendly, professional, and go the extra mile to make sure every guest has a great experience. They’ve created something special here — a place where incredible food and warm service come together perfectly.

If you’re looking for authentic, expertly prepared barbecue/hog and a team that truly cares, look no further than LJB Charred Hog. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Wow! We had a 50th birthday celebration and we had Gordon and the team come and cook a BBQ, from start to finish they were amazing. The food was incredible and everyone was saying how lovely I was. The guys were so lovely and professional. I would def recommend them and will be using them again

The food was absolutely amazing. And a massive thank you to Gordon and his team who were professional and went above and beyond to ensure our Xmas party was a huge success. Once again a huge thank you, and will most certainly use his catering services again this forthcoming summer, would highly recommend.

I was at a family celebration that was catered for by LJB.
The hog was moist and the stuffing was the best I have tasted. I even went back for seconds. All the sides were delicious. My favourite is their coleslaw.
I also tried a mouthful of their smash burger which they did for non pork eaters. It was so good. I loved it all.
Plus and most importantly Gordon was very professional. He went out of his way to cater to our needs and make sure we were happy. His staff were also friendly and helpful on the day.

I was fortunate enough to be able to sample LJB’s hog roast at a wedding recently. The meat was beautifully prepared, succulent and there was lots of it. The way the team presented the food and accompaniments was very classy, and in theme with the wedding. It really looked great. My wife is a vegetarian, so we often struggle to receive the same level of food for her, but LJB Charred Hogs gave her one of there bespoke Vegan pies. I tried a piece and had food envy. Perfect.

I can’t recommend them highly enough. So much so that when I find the opportunity to use them or friends and colleagues ask, I won’t hesitate.

Gordon and his team catered for us at our wedding and what an amazing team! The food was absolutely delicious and everyone was very impressed. Definitely the best hog roast I've ever had by far! Their stuffing was absolutely amazing and so was the roast potatoes! They went above and beyond to cater for 2 vegans we had and feedback from them was also great!

LJB Charred Hogs Catering – Perfect for Our Family’s 70th Birthday

We hired LJB Charred Hogs for our family’s 70th birthday, and they were amazing! The pulled pork and BBQ were a huge hit—smoky, tender, and packed with flavour. The sides, like pasta salad and coleslaw, were the perfect complement.

The team was professional and made everything easy, from setup to serving. Our guests loved the food, and it made the celebration even more special. Highly recommend LJB Charred Hogs for any event!
