Please do not use this Company

Please do not use this company, I bought a handbag from them through Debenhams.
I placed this order on the 7th October when it arrived it was not suitable so I contacted Debenhams to return it they informed me I had to send it back to Lloydbaker.
At a cost of £7.45 I returned the bag on the 10th October, they received it on the 14th October.
I received an email on the 21st to say they would refund and up until today I have not received my refund of £79.
They hide behind Debenhams who have terrible reviews with regards to refunds.
I have spoken to citizens advice this week and asked them to contact Trading Standards to report this company.
With the cost of living as it is at the moment why do Lloydbaker think it right not refund their customers.
