We recently switched over to Lloyds cardnet following our commercial banking switch to Lloyds - the process has been nothing but smoot - our relationship manager Michael ensure the process was efficient and we have had no problems at all. The machine was easy to set up and we love how you can see all the transactions on the portal i real time - definately a great switch!

We were recommended Lloyds Card Services by Purchases Direct, who helped us find the best card payment solution for our business.
From start to finish, the process with Lloyds Card Services has been smooth and straightforward. Michael was incredibly helpful throughout and went above and beyond to get everything set up as quickly as possible, as we had a gap between our old card machine contract ending and the new one starting.
The service has been excellent so far, and we're very happy with how everything has gone. A big thank you to Michael for making the transition so easy. We would happily recommend Lloyds Card Services to other businesses.

Clear and efficient service
The Advisor we spoke to was called Cleo, she was friendly and informative and took the time to go through the sums with us to make sure we had the best solution for our business. She explained everything very clearly and was very prompt with the follow up actions.

Customer Service very poor. No one listened to the needs we had so consequently the set up experience was very stressful.
Would not recommend if your ‘business’ is a charity or church.
