Poppy Ford called our busy office and was instantly very pleasant to speak with. To be honest, we usually don’t accept similar calls unless they come from a direct client. However, I could tell that Poppy genuinely understood the information I was giving her and responded accordingly.
This may sound basic, but in my experience it’s a rare quality these days. She followed up quickly with an email and managed to resolve two issues we had been dealing with for a long time—all in a single call.

We've been using Lloyds Cardnet for about five years and the service has been excellent. The terminals are simple to use. We’ve only had a few minor issues in that time, and each one was sorted quickly by the team.
We recently upgraded our machine and Kian was really helpful in getting everything in place. Great service overall.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Matthew Crouch yesterday to enquire about a card machine for my new business venture.
Matthew asked me questions regarding my business, which he was then able to provide me the best options of card machines available to me, that suited my business.
He thoroughly provided me with all the information I needed to ensure I understood what I was purchasing. He contacted me back when we made arrangements, and kept to his word.
Further to that, he went above and beyond to let me know my application had been successful after his working hours.
This was, by far the best customer service I have ever received. I expected to be waiting days for a further call back but nope, not with Matthew!

We have Several Merchant ID's for the different locations, struggled to view them all in one place. Rang Lauren Little, very helpful in setting up merchant portal, 24 hours later all merchant ID's visible in on place, now got one happy accounts department

Absolute criminals, support fraudsters and penalise small business, no help whatsoever, they are charging you for the service and provide no service at all, please avoid them at all cost, as a small business holder, I had fraudsters used card and spent over £400+in my shop and transaction was approved by the lloyds cardnet, but I was suspicious of the transaction and reported the matter to the police as soon as possible, and police said they could not proceed as transaction was approved by the bank, now Lloyd's has charged back the amount from my account and I have lost the stock value, lloyds said I'm not protected against fraud and it is my fault and I have to bear the cost, I have followed the rules and procedures, and I'm not a criminal psychologist to detect the hardened criminals, They are insured for fraud, but not myself, Lloyd's only protects criminals and themselves. Please avoid lloyds cardnet and lloyds business banking at all times

To be honest, I’m really disappointed with the product. The system feels like something from the 1990s — almost everything has to be done manually, with very little automation.
I’ve been with this bank for over 14 years and have always valued trust and solid foundations, but what’s happening lately is quite concerning.
The “pay by link” feature is frankly underwhelming compared to what other banks are offering. On top of that, I applied for a card over five weeks ago and I’m still waiting for a response — which is frankly quite unbelievable.
I expected much better after so many years of loyalty.

No one has been in contact regarding my new card terminal which is still in its box, having taken some days to arrive. However, I have received a bill for the rest of this year for my OLD terminal which does not recognise that the old contract has been cancelled and a new one agreed!! Hopeless!! No service at all!
