Our personal adviser is knowledgeable, has a real understanding of us and our needs (having been our adviser for the past 5+ years) and ensures we make informed decisions being in receipt of all the necessary facts and figures. Continuity with the same adviser overseeing our investments has been key as we feel there is absolute trust and honesty.

Recently contacted Schroders Personal Wealth.
Had two friendly discussions to see if SPW could be of use to me.
All was friendly UNTIL I decided that it was not for me. I sent a very nice email to the "agent" explaining that I had decided not to go ahead with the fund transfer.
NOT a reply of any sort. Sent another email asking if he had received my first email. Still no response.
What people are this company employing.
It's a simple case of if not coming to our company we ignore you without a care.
Really unhappy with this company.....
