Due to building works at our property our existing insurance company could not continue cover which caused us a bit of stress! Jo from the Community Broking department took up the issue and managed to get insurance for the duration of the build. We were time constrained and she was amazing at getting everything sorted out and in place. She was knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend.

He has an excellent grasp of the products available to the client and helps me decide which products are best for me and my family from both a financial and a practical point of view. I have used this company for 6 years, even with the previous organisation, for all my insurance needs and throughout, the service received has been wonderful!!
Sam has dealt with my house insurance needs during this time but on this occasion I needed to change the policy.
He diligently searched for companies who could provide me with the necessary cover, at a price I could afford.
Each occasion I spoke to him, he has been thoroughly professional, understood my needs, patient, better than a family member, making sure I understood the policy and providing me with the cover I needed.
