Pet latch
Prompt delivery of product. Easy to fit .
Handy for allowing pets to enter/ go or just stopping door blowing open. Won't stop a determined burglar but will deter. Slightly pricey but happy with product.

Incorrect product delivery and no service
Incorrect product delivery ordered and paid for a Petlatch, and they decided to send me the cheaper smaller one. No one to contact, please do not use these people. When things go wrong with 3 products and no one to get hold of to fix it, I will discourage anyone from this company and product. Bad experience and no resolve

You placed your order for a PetLatch on Thursday 12 October.
We dispatched it on Friday 13 October and you received it today - ie one working day later.
You definitely have a PetLatch [in a LockLatch branded pack] - I’ve attached a screen shot so you can see the difference. The PetLatch has an extended solid section on the threaded section of the latch. Fay marked the email accordingly as well as the padded envelope.

The product is great! It is very good quality and works perfectly. The only suggestion I would make is inclusion of installation instructions - we had to find instructions online.

Love these locks!!!
This is the second time buying 2 of these locks. We love them!! Easy to install!! The after sales service is amazing. After about 5 years of owing and using the lock, the screw/lock started giving problems and they replaced it, no questions asked!! Highly recommend them and their product.

The lock is solid and well made
The lock is solid and well made. My patio doors have a 1cm gap where they meet in the centre. This caused some difficulty as the fixings have to accommodate this gap. This results in some of the open/closed adjustment being lost in order for the fixings to lie flush on the doors.
