I was able to find better deals online. The service from the LNPG suppliers is not as good - my experience with Wolesley was a nightmare. LNPG customer service is good though.

Really good team. Helpful, supportive and quick to resolve issues. Definite cost saving as a landlord.

The office staff at LNPG couldn’t be more helpful. They are slick, efficient, knowledgeable and all round lovely people to deal with. Currently 6 months into my 1st year as an LNPG member and really happy with the discounts and support offered. All round a great experience thus far!

LNPG is known as the best kept secrete. You have to be in it to win it. For those who ask will I get my annual fee costs back I say oh yes and more. If you have a supplier issue just ring the office and they help sort it out no worries. There’s sliced bread and then there’s LNPG, best ever thing I came across since being a landlord.

The company's ethos is great and all the team are very helpful.

I would highly recommend this buying group if you are a property investor and have rental properties.

They have so many more benefits including insurance, home staging, energy consultants etc and a very useful Facebook group

I've been with LNPG for several years.

They are true to their promise of rolling over the annual fee if you don't use the service for the previous year.

But more importantly they provide the member landlord with a great deal of buyer security. We did have an issue with one of the suppliers, LNPG stood in our corner and fought our case. It made the whole situation easy and effortless. The team paid attention and helped us and we were really grateful for the time and help.

Remaining a member and recommending them is a no-brainer.

I signed up for this after a recommendation from someone in a Facebook group.

The deals look brilliant but I haven't used them yet but will be in the next few weeks.

The process is straightforward and there are really helpful webinars to help you on board.

I also received a very useful call from Claire, who was extremely helpful and honest. She advised how everything worked and the best practices for using the site to receive maximum discount.

I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service and the service itself so far.

I joined LNPG believing that it provided the lowest prices for landlords. I have had a number of instances where I have negotiated and got these prices down. Its also important to note that LNPG place prices on their website which are out of date.

Some great discounts on certain brands but you still need to negotiate hard

A no brainer for landlords doing works & refurbs!

LNPG have been fantastic for us. In the time I have been with LNPG I had one year where we did not use the account and therefore did not benefit from any discounts. LNPG then gave us a free year of membership which saved us thousands. If you are a landlord and spend money keeping your properties in good order you should definitely join LNPG.

LNPG is a good concept and well executed, very useful especially to the occasional landlord, rather than to the seasoned developer.
Their customer service is 10/10, recommend!

I thought that by using the LNPG I would be getting the best deals at places I usually shop at, for materials to use on my properties.

I found that after trying it out for 30 days, I genuinely already have relationships that give me better prices than LNPGs membership offers - to make it worse, I am reliably informed that LNPG members are not entitled to some of the store discounts and that LNPG accounts are seen as different to normal accounts in that they are not treated as well. Thats the feedback from people I know who work where there are LNPG accounts.

I've done my homework, hence this review.

I think this membership would be useful for landlords who are not contractors themselves and don't already have great relationships with their suppliers or are not experienced, or just like the friendly attitude they seem to have when you call them... if thats useful and what you need.

I am now asking to cancel my membership after 30 odd days. In response I was informed I could get better prices in the kitchens I wish to order if I get flat pack or don't bother with soft closing!? I am so far away from needing this advice thank you. The savings are what I became a member for - savings without the extra time needed to get them.

If you are terrible at negotiating, this 'might' help but be warned, these guys are experts at making it seem' as though the discounts (which you cant see until you join) are the best. Rest assured, the prices are NOT the best, not by a long shot. You will still need to barter the same, as the LNPG accounts do not have the best discounts applied, the LNPG will advertise a few distinct items they can save money on - a boiler for instance which is very enticing but the flue is more expensive. Just saying.

My other reason for wanting to cancel is how they handled my privacy. There was a security breach around 12 days after I joined and email data was seen or lost... any of which is a major problem to any savvy citizen today.

I have just received a phone call to say I wont be getting any refund because according to them I have saved loads of money so far. Sure, maybe off RRP but that isn't what we are talking about here - I was promised the best terms possible, not a discount off RRP.

My advice is 'don't do this' if you are already savvy. Not worth it.

The LNPG gets 1 star for the way in which they have finally opted to keep the money, conning me out of £399, using typical excuses I hear all day long in the property industry. I should never have trusted them when they wouldn't give me all the terms/money savings they can get me, not until I paid the money.

If I had been able to cancel quietly and had been offered even just a partial refund as an understanding of the situation, I would have not felt it necessary to write this review. I am quite surprised that they have opted to keep the money given that it could cost them far more in membership loss from my feedback to my landlords groups. Too big a company to care now? Not a good way to do business given the promises that were made.

A shame.
