Beware!!… Low quality products delivered!
Ordered a Toe Jack from this Shambles of a company. Seemed a fair price for what looked like a good quality product. Upon arrival I opened the box and the Jack was not the one that was advertised on the website. In fact it was a significantly lower quality than the one advertised. I immediately took photos and contacted the seller and expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality of the product I had received. I resealed the box in the original packaging ready to return it. They initially advised I would have to return the item at my own cost and that they would also charge me a 15% handling fee! Almost £60! I argued with them that they had missold me the item as it was a complete different one and they eventually agreed to collect the item and refund me the full amount. Upon receipt of the item they said they had quality checked the item and told me they won’t refund me as it was used. The item was never even removed from the box!! I am now in a dispute with them as I now have no Toe Jack and am £400 out of pocket! Personally I would steer well clear of this company as they are scam artists! **Update** in reply to this companies response, The Jack was never used by me. The box was opened, the Jack which was sent was a significantly lower quality than the one advertised and the box original packaging was resealed and that’s it. I suspect that the Jack was damaged by the sellers courier OR they have intentionally damaged the Jack to make it look used so a refund didn’t have to be issued! 3.7 stars out of 8 reviews is pretty poor, I only wish I had checked here before purchasing from this company!

When you placed your order, you evidently did not review the specification sheet on the product page, as you would have seen the specification and images of the Toe Jack were the same as what you received.
As you have mentioned we offered you a full refund, and we paid for collection of the product. Upon inspection of the product by our Quality Assessment Surveyor, it was deemed that the product had been used. In comparison to the photos you sent our sales team when you received the product to when it was returned, the product looked entirely different, as the jack had clearly been used. As per our Terms and Conditions, used products are not eligible for a refund.
We are more than happy to return the product to you, free of charge.
