Not a great customer experience in your Edinburgh Straiton store unfortunately. Unable to finance couch to our new address that we were due to move into in a few weeks. Found customer assistant quite hostile and rude. Completely shut us down and let over a £3k paying customer leave the shop!

Super helpful and friendly people
Super helpful and friendly people. A lovely vibe met us from the moment we entered the showroom. The fact that they loved dogs too made our shopping experience with our pooches all the more enjoyable.

Buying and instore was fine, but promise of having goods in 12 days or less in misleading since delivery cannot occur for much longer.....

The staff (two Alans at Edinburgh branch) were so helpful . Nothing was a problem to bring different styles of chairs together for us to compare and try! Also they have an extensive range of fabrics & colours to choose from and gave us samples to see how they would look in our own home. Nothing was too much trouble.

Service from staff was excellent. I was greeted with a friendly smile and then given very good advice about the product I was interested in.
The ambiance in the store was very pleasant.
I am extremely pleased with my purchase of linen cushions.

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff, not over bearing and a lovely atmosphere in store overall. Sofas were noticeably comfier than competitors all within walking distance.

Helpful staff
We were connected with the Edinburgh store for a video consultation to check the sofa-bed we wanted would get up to our upstairs room. The store team (Lesley and others) were super helpful and even confirmed the weight for us as in the end we decided to use a sofa lift service to get it in through our front sash window.

I visited the Edinburgh store, and what a very pleasant experience!! Sam (I hope I remembered his name correctly) was super helpful, very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He kindly offered me a bottle of water as I browsed the store.
