Applying and getting approved for this loan was hassle free and fast. Helped me out when I needed to pay some medical bills. I'd recommend this to anyone that was in the same situation I was in.

100 percent customer service!

The end result was good because I needed the money. But I don't even know the terms of the loan. I realize that I signed to recieve the money but I don't recall seeing or any details of the terms of the loan. Perhaps it's because I waited about 3 days after being approved, to actually provide documentation before I accepted the loan. I think this is poor service for not making sure that u knew what I was signing. I shud have known better.

The service provided was simple and easy.

Working with the employees at loan now was a decent experience. The only problem I had is the payback, it is extremely too high and it makes it virtually impossible for anybody to do it comfortably. This shows a little greedy towards the desperation that the clients have for this company

The staff was helpful and kind during the application process, and it took just a day to apply, fund and receive the loan.
