I honestly can not tell you the last time I had such good customer service. Dana made me feel confident in my decision. My credit is not that great but she told me how she believes in second chances. I'm grateful for her and this company

Ms Amber was very helpful. She was able to give me my first loan. I was so excited! ☺️ Not many people love their work but I can tell she does she did her work very well she explained everything very well to me and I'm a very slow person but I understood everything I knew what I was getting into and I knew everything that I was supposed to do with the loan for the first time if you want a loan for the first one ever this is where you need to go! If this is your first loan go here they help you they understand and they help you understand. (Don't walk- run)They got ur back! And make sure you bring a friend. You get $25 and make sure you let them know I sent you. It helps you and me. They friendly,nice and sweet. Don't take my word for it. Go check them out.

I’m curious about these 5 star ratings. I was going to borrow just $400 until I got paid (3 days) & the young lady on the phone told me I’d pay back $80 but when the lady called me back about my application she said it would be a payback of $450-$500 on $300. That’s 66.6% increase which is ridiculous. I used to work at a payday loan company in Va and they were outlawed and closed down because of the high interest rates. I guess if your in need of emergency money ppl have to do what they have to do but I ate the bullet and declined. They should have something where if you pay the loan back within 30 days the interest is lower.

Kimberly from the Pearland location was wonderful and talked me through the loan process! She was able to get me approved and out the door in no time!

Very good and it keeps you discipline on making you pay on time. I am almost done. The staff is very friendly and it was very easy.. love the service I received . I think its more affordable than the other loans I've gotten.

The staff at the Florence Ky office is outstanding.. They are very helpful in working with me on payments.. and technical information in regards to loans made by phone and computer etc. Sierra and Beth are great and the customer service they provide is outstanding.. I fully recommend this office as well as World Finance
