Cancelled order - no communication
Order #207849
Placed and order for Fox Brolly. Never received dispatch / tracking info. 6 days later, without prior cancellation notification, I received a refund notice from my payment source, saying I will be refunded.
Still waiting for Lobby's to communicate this with me and have the decency to let me know they've cancelled my order. Perhaps they haven't. Who knows at this point. All I know is that their service is poor, as is their communication (or lack of) and that this is the first and last time I will be using them.

Dead mixed maggots
Ordered 12 pints dead mixed maggots which arrived today, there is a maggot shortage at the moment and this is the second time Lobbys supplied first class dead maggots .

My package had been stamped on. The post office says that’s how they received it. I have photos of it and the accompanying letter if you need to see them.
2/3 of the maggots were dead.

Speedy service - fair pricing.
Ordered a whip from Lobbys after being mislead and let down by another online tackle shop. Received it before the other shop would have got it to me (even with a wasted 24 hours) - and didn't charge me the £10 surcharge the other shop would have. You have helped make a little boys day! Thanks ever so much! I look forward to shopping with you again.
