Bought the rubix tissue box and received it in a few days. However, the squares do not fix to the frame and fall out, the slot for tissue is not cut into the squares and the colours are different to what I purchased. Tried to contact many ways but no reply. What a shame as just a bit more care and they would do well.
Steer clear!!!

I placed an order on 26th December 2025, was charged for the items, but still have not received them (now 16th January 2026!). I have tried numerous methods to contact the seller but have had no response. I am now going to have to try and recover the money through the bank. Absolutely appalling. I can only assume this is a scam. Avoid at all costs!

We ordered the DeWalt pizza cutter as a Christmas present. Arrived in time but very poorly put together and parts missing, therefore not fit for purpose. We contacted the company who eventually replied saying to send them photographs and videos of the item. We did as requested but despite several follow up messages from ourselves we have received neither a response nor a refund. Very poor customer service. Avoid at all costs.

No answer at all from messages regarding a fault with the product. Used email, website contact form and instagram. Disappointing.

Quick delivery, easy payment and order process. However item quality is very poor and does not match the cost of the item.

I ordered a Hollow Knight plant pot which I'm probably going to put straight in the bin.

Update: Item did not arrive damaged its just not that great for the price. Cheap plastic 3D printed.

Ordered a Pokémon Chess Set, but what was delivered was a board without any chess pieces. The board is in four separate parts, and doesn’t lock together. It’s also made of plastic. At £44.95, this is unfit for purpose and incredibly over priced. Have tried to return for a refund, but still waiting for a return label to be emailed to me. Don’t waste your money.

Very impressed with this company and the item. Delivery faster than expected and the item was excellent quality with a lovely finish. Would definitely use again!

Poor. Very disappointed. I bought two 3D Danny Devito head plant pots and was very excited to receive them. Postage was quick, which is why I haven't given them two stars.
Once I received my item, I opened them to find unfinished pieces. Both had scratches all over them and bits that needed removing but were unsafe to remove at home. The quality was poor and the items were just not up to scratch at all.
I contacted to return the items and receive a refund twice and never heard back. I've now had to put a dispute in with my bank to try and receive my refund.
Thoroughly disappointed with the whole situation.

I ordered 2 of the same item, which was sheep toiler roll holders.
When arrived 1 package was correct.
The other contained a package of chess pieces.
Also being 3 D printed two of the spring like supports on two of the heads of the sheep had broken off.
I have successfully glued one back in place but the other due to poor design would not glue.
Pay for what you get I suppose. But they looked decent on the photograph. Shame.
Who ever did the packaging didn’t take into account its contents.
On the plus side. They arrived promptly.

Do not buy! Paid for next day delivery it still hasn't turned up a week later, seller not responding!! AVOID!

Absolutely disgusting

I am very dissatisfied with this product. The item is fully self-assembly, which was not made clear in the description. When I attempted to assemble it, the sheep’s legs did not fit into the pre-cut holes, and the whole item keeps falling apart.

What has made this experience even more disappointing is that I contacted Professor Prints on 30th August to explain the issues and request a refund, but I have still not received any response. Instead, I received an automated request for a review on 5th September.

Poor product quality and lack of customer support have left me very unhappy with this purchase.
