The lamp with no light
The lamp was supposed to be delivered very late, ie only in November when ordering early September; then we receive an email it will only be delivered in December. En then we all of a sudden receive confirmation the lamp is on its way and we received it yesterday 21.10. The packaging seemed a bit shabby (not like what we normally receive from Loberon) and having put in the light bulb the lamp does not seem to even work. It almost like I received a lamp that was returned by someone earlier and repackaged. So now, I’ve done all the steps for returning the lamp. All in all, a very bad experience. We’ll see now how it will further develop. First bad experience with Loberon; but it has put me off for a while from ordering anything new I must say.
