- Problems getting a refund,
- Wrong item delivered (3 foam single mattresses instead of 1 kingsize spring mattress!) and they simply won't pick the item up after weeks of a number of emails. They refuse to refund until they've picked up and say a new one will take up to 8 weeks. We leave the country in 3 so had to cancel.
- 1 item is still 'in transit' after 6 weeks with no sign of it arriving and no information. It was supposed to arrive early July!
- They take days to respond to email but I was asked to email concerns as they refused to deal with it by telephone, took ages! I won't accept the 'Covid' reason if this is given as other French based companies respond immediately.
I spent a lot of money and after placing an order I immediately asked them to cancel a couple of items via emails (tried calling but didn't work as they only talk french). Eventually managed to get 1 item cancelled by a french speaker calling for me as it was too late for the others. Then took forever to refund even saying on the phone that it was a Paypal issue and they had refunded but it turned out they hadn't as after a number of emails about this they then asked for bank details to send a refund. It is a shame as I really do like their products and would have spent thousands more.

I have ordered many items from Loberon. The items that have arrived have been of good quality and have more or less matched the marketing. The problem is that there are lengthy delays with several items and I receive an email every month setting a new delivery date. I have been waiting for a room divider and console table since placing the order at the beginning of March. When I try to speak to somebody I hear the same response each time - which is to read the emails. Whilst the products are not bad quality the delivery dates and customer service mean I would never use this company again.

Beautiful swan planters arrived today, all extremely well packaged up! Looking forward to planting them up!

Some months ago I ordered 20 garden chairs. So far I have received 8. Now I am being asked to evaluate your service. It is slow, inefficient and as yet unfinished.

The item arrived packaged very well. But the item wasn't perfect I expect Loberon to check the items before they are sent. But the item was of good quality.

I love ordering from Loberon.fr. The items always come exactly as described and they are packaged perfectly for delivery to my door. This particular order is a reorder for an outdoor vintage lamp. I liked it so much I'm replacing all of my outdoor lamps with this model.
