More than loft ladders provide a brilliant service, i needed a new loft hatch for easier access to service/maintain my boiler flue. The installation engineer Andy was everything you'd wish for knowledgeable, punctual, very tidy the way he left you wouldn't know he'd been apart from the loft hatch in the bedroom ceiling LOL. Thank you more than Loft Ladder and Andy i would highly recomend these.

Our experience with MTLL, from the initial consultation through to project completion, was outstanding. The installation was handled by Dan, whose professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. Communication was proactive and clear, ensuring all of our requirements were fully met. Mark instilled confidence as soon as he arrived. He thoroughly checked out the loft, took me up there and explained it all to me. Surprisingly, several other companies who quoted hardly even went into the loft. I was very keen to have Mark on the job himself as it was him who gave me the confidence and although he said he wouldn't normally be present he assured me he would be for me. This sealed the deal for me and I went with More Than Loft Ladders. As it turns out the other 2 guys (3 in total) who did the job were fantastic. I am very happy with the outcome and am just about to start using it. I had a concern with the ladder. I contacted Mark and he came round and sorted it without any question. FANTASTIC SERVICE and I have already recommended this company to a friend who wants the same work done. More Than Loft Ladders were excellent from start to finish. They responded quickly to my enquiry, provided a clear quote promptly, and Lewis was professional and straightforward throughout. The email with pricing came over quickly, and booking the work in was easy.

On the day, Vlad arrived and talked through the work to be completed before getting started. Ethan and Harry also assisted, and the team cracked on efficiently, completing everything in good time. The work was clean and tidy, and they left only after giving a thorough demonstration and talk-through of everything installed.

We have been incredibly impressed with More than Loft Ladders. They are a friendly and efficient company who have done a great job boarding our loft. The quote was very reasonable and much cheaper than others we got. The young man Ryan who did the job was extremely organised and did a brilliant job. We could not recommend him more highly. He arrived on time, was polite and just got on with the job without any issues. He seems to us to be a real asset to the company.

We have just used More Than Loft Ladders to board our loft, fit a new hatch in the hallway with a wooden ladder. We were really impressed with their service from start to finish. Right from the initial survey to the final installation, everything was handled with professionalism, care and attention to detail. Oli took time to explain which way was best to have the ladder (the original was awkward & in the bathroom).
The fitters arrived promptly and left everything spotless, they even removed some items we could not remove ourselves. After the original work was completed (half of the loft) we decided to ask them to board the rest of the loft, giving us a lot more space to utilise. Another date was arranged to suit us for the fitters to return.
We would highly recommend More Than Loft Ladders, the quotes we got were very reasonable.

The loft ladder he fitted for me is very good, easy to operate and makes a big difference to not having to get a separate ladder from the garage every time I want to put items up or down from the loft. The price was very competitive as well.
