Outstanding service from first contact to the install day.

We were talked through the options and given all the information we needed to pick the one that best suited our needs and use of the loft.

Flexibility on install dates was appreciated as we balanced this with another project at our property.

Harvey and James were our installation team and worked hard. They did an excellent job. Both were a pleasure to have in our home, and left us a stunning loft conversion and a tidy house.

From the home quote through to installation, I can’t fault MTLL.
The guidance and knowledge to select the ideal ladder for my loft was excellent.
The installation by Dan went well, and his professionalism and friendly nature meant the installation was a good experience, especially with my dog wanting to say “hello” every 10mins.

Would highly recommend this company. We had a new bigger hatch, boarding and ladder fitted today. The two young men who came were very pleasant and talked us though everything as they went along. They were finished by 3 o'clock and left everything clean and tidy. Great company 👌

After much researching we decided to use MTLL as they were highly regarded on sites such as here and Which. Overall we had a good experience with MTLL. There was some initial confusion with the quotes, an issue with the use of the loft ladders and the finish on the filler around the hatch. After speaking to the Manager and the surveyor all issues were dealt with to our satisfaction. There is room for improvement with regards to communication about arrival times and the returning installer didn't know the extent of the work he was scheduled to do. On the whole we would recommend MTLL. We are very pleased with the work completed.

I would strongly recommend more than, as they were on time polite and left no mess. The loft now has been fully transformed, all the junk i had up there was taken out ,lighting fitted with two socket outlets and looks brilliant.

Yet again, the service was exceptional. This time we asked them to insulate our loft to the latest installation specifications and to part board it out too.
The result is excellent, the loft is now well insulated and the boarding out looks fantastic and has given us a lot more storage space.
The left our home clean and tidy. We thoroughly recommend them.

Communication from start to finish was very good. On the day of installation, they turned up on time and were very efficient and professional. They put a covering on the floor to protect the carpet and left the job very clean and tidy. Very pleased with the bigger loft hatch and ladder they installed. Definitely would recommend these guys.

Having seen the transformation of our neighbour's loft we decided to have the same work carried out. The initial survey was carried out quite quickly and a full summary of the work to be undertaken , as agreed on site, and the cost involved was provided shortly afterwards. On the scheduled day Mark arrived early and completed the loft boarding and also fitted shelving into the rafters within the space of a few hours. The standard of work is excellent and has transformed our loft into a superb storage area. The site was cleared of all debris and ready to use immediately. I have no hesitation in recommending this company . The work also carries a Lifetime guarantee.

Excellent service. They were very good - from the beginning till they completed the work. Steve we met first and he gave the quote. Everything was communicated properly and they kept us informed throughout. On the day of the work Steve and Liam did the work. Everything very neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend and would do the work with them if need be.
