Excellent service from the start to the end. The lady on the phone provided me with all the information I needed, and answered all of my questions.My appointment was booked within minutes.Then at the testing clinic I was greeted by the nicest girl who again explained everything in detail.Finally I received my results within an hour of testing and the response over the email was instant,polite and professional.I am recommending it to everyone.

Found Local PCR while searching for an easy test option outside of the airport so I would fit in my business trip and avoid extra time on Heathrow. The Hook location was just what I needed and even provided an early time slot when inquired by phone. Efficient and friendly communication all through the process, value for money and I would certainly use them again! Certificate arrived within the 2hrs.

Very gentle sampling from the nose by a nice, considerate guy.
Unfortunately, wrong passport number on original test result certificate but after a phone call with a nice lady, the corrected certificate was in my mailbox within 3 minutes.

Not good, Verfly the industry standard that checks your covid position for airlines, does NOT recognise Local PCR as a Partner and send an error code when uploading. Without a successfully completed Verifly app you cannot book in Online with BA, You have to do it in person

I found Local PCR during a websearch, after I had checked about the requirements to travel to Holland on business. They offered a convenient time for me en-route to the airport and a result via email within 1-2 hours of the appointment time. The experience was simple, efficient and effective. It was also good value when compared to some of the options my colleagues used when they were travelling from different locations. I would have no hesitation in using them again

An extremely efficient service with quick results for travel. I only had a 48 hour pre boarding window so picked the same day results on a Saturday morning and received the results by 4 in the afternoon.

Myself and my mum went to the Bristol branch. Rif who did our tests was very professional, friendly, kind and helpful. It was a pleasure for her to do our tests, she was lovely. And we had our test results back by email very quickly.

I was very impressed by my recent experience with Local PCR. I booked an in-pharmacy lateral flow test for Friday 18th February in Coventry ready for a trip to France over Half Term. As the French have now stopped the need for a test, I wanted to cancel my test. Reputation of these sorts of companies made me think I wouldn't get my money back. Went online to cancel and money was back on my card within 24 hours. Not the full amount but T's and C's did say there would be admin charge.

I received my Fit to Fly results exactly when they were promised to deliver. Zee at the Slough/ Taplow branch was so comforting, pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

I've had several dealings with Local pcr to do with changes to times and appointments. I have dealt with over ten representatives. Every single person I spoke to were very polite and professional. The girl who recently carried out a fit to fly was very efficient. And the lady who dealt with my refund and appointment changes was incredibly fast and polite.
I have never come across a better and more helpful workforce.
Huge kudos to them all !!

Absolutely first class service from this company!
I had initially booked 4 PCR's to go on holiday to Austria with this company. The person on the end of the phone was extremely helpful and took the booking and payment for the 4 tests.
A few days after payment the rules changed for Austria and I asked for a refund for 3 of the tests(unfortunately my son had less than 120 days between his second test and the booster so still needed a PCR test for Austria)
The refund was back in our account in 2 days. The original appointment for my son was 8pm and he was in by 7.30pm. The service provided was excellent. We then had a nervous wait until the following day as the results were expected at 11pm to see if he could go on holiday - they came back negative by 8.15pm so we could enjoy the evening before flying off together the following morning.
This company is absolutely first class from our experience and the service provided made the experience of going on holiday a lot less stressful.

My experience with local PCR Slough branch has been excellent. I’m a frequent traveler hence need to do covid tests very regularly and I strongly recommend anyone to local PCR if you are looking for a professional, friendly and cost effective service.
