Locauto must improve return car system.
The adress LOCAUTO informs …18C, is the Parking Lot Next Door.
There is adtional problem with luggage. The LOCAUTO parking lot is far from Train Station in Bari- and there are stairs and dangerious crossing for pedestrians.
Adtionally , LOCAUTO must better identify its parking lot or improve GPS, WAZE and GOOGLE MAPS friendly use.

You sign the car damage declaration in the office without a site visit. It's better to take photos to avoid problems, because the company sent me a damage diagram much less detailed than the actual damage. I quickly responded, informing them that I have photo documentation showing the remaining damage. I suggest the company change its procedures and go out with the customer to inspect the car before signing the declaration. Other than that, everything is fine.y fast rental process, one things which isn't good,

Bit tricky to find where to deliver it back because it was a different place but the staff ended up coming to collect quickly which was good.

My son was totally ripped off by Locauto Bari car rental in June 2026! Rental car had small bulge in tyre (which was unnoticed on rental when rest of vehicle was checked out/photos taken of paintwork etc)so they rang Bari Locauto & was advised to return car & get another vehicle which they did so. Then on return day of second rental car were charged 400 plus euros!! Cheaper to have just changed the tyre but as this was against hire contract the car was returned for replacement vehicle as advised to do by staff. There should not have been any extra charges. Be aware of this terrible company!!

Rented a vehicle for three months at a competitive price. Vehicle was great. Pick up and drop off from Bari Centrale Railway Station was extremely quick and straightforward and Daniele and the staff were great. Have used Locauto before and would use them again.

I received great service; I booked the car in advance with full insurance. I was given a clean car in excellent mechanical condition. Pickup and drop-off were quick. I had no incidents.
