1-Star Rating – No Response to Overcharging Complaint
I am giving this experience 1 star due to the complete lack of response to my complaint regarding an incorrect overcharge.
My original booking included full “Don’t Worry” insurance, but after repeated pricing errors and contradictory confirmations from Locauto, the insurance was removed from my booking without my knowledge, and I was subsequently charged again for it at the Bari Centrale branch.
I submitted a detailed complaint through your Customer Service Portal on 6 August, attaching all booking emails and WhatsApp conversations as evidence. I sent another reminder on 10 August, again attaching the complete documentation. I have still received no response or acknowledgement whatsoever.
I am therefore requesting that this matter be investigated urgently and that the wrongly charged amount be refunded at the earliest.

Very good service. Very attentive and very reactive agents. They are clear and there are no bad surprises from start to finish. We asked for a car of the day for the next day. Great availability requested cars. All information is sent on WhatsApp. Handing over the keys is very simple. I highly recommend!!

Great experience
The vehicle we received was in a very good condition, what we booked. Staff were friendly and could communicate well in English. With their comprehensive insurance, the drop-off was super easy. No checking was needed. Something to note - the fuel tank was less than half full when we received the vehicle. I could report this via whatsapp and was told we only need to fill the tank up to the same level upon returning the vehicle.

they have patient to all my questions, they were very pleased
gave me a good car,
I wanted to put the car in the train center back, was afraid with the travel to the airport. there were a nice person in the station that said , it is safe and not a bad roads , gave me some confidance to travel to the airport .
everyone were so great.

The car was very dirty inside en outside. We stil didn’t receive our payment back.
We payed separately for the fuel service at my creditcard I see but the initial € 500,- is still missing after almost 3 weeks!

The remaining balance (the difference between the security deposit and the final refueling charge) has been released and will be automatically credited back to your account by your bank.

Very quick and professional
Very quick and professional. The car was exactly what we wanted and what we saw online. We could have used a little more direction on how to return our car at the airport. We had an early flight and didn't know where to return the keys. The kiosks weren't open yet so no one was available. Another family was searching with us too, we weren't the only ones in this situation. Thankfully a security guard told us to go to the counter inside the airport.
