We arrived in Bologna by plane and…
We arrived in Bologna by plane and tried to pick up our rental car from Noleggiare. There were 2 rental agents working. We waited over 45 minutes and the same 2 customers were still at the desk and we were about 8 customers back in the line! We could not wait multiple hours at that pace so we went to another rental company. I would like our deposit back. The reservation number is #DG 232589 11193096.

Did not honor my car reservation after…
Did not honor my car reservation after my flight was delayed. Charged me double my reservation price.
I contacted the company days prior to give them my flight information, so there is no excuse for this!

Very nice low mileage car. Fortunately white, as temperatures in Italy were way above normal! Excellent rapid service by rental company at collection and return.

Overall, I was satisfied with the service; however, when renting, I made a mistake because the toll fee was supposed to be paid individually by the renter, but it wasn’t stated. They should have mentioned this beforehand.

The service was good at the counter. When I received the car I realize was small. I tried to change it for the next size. but the help was not as good.

Great Car Rental Experience
Very easy car pick up and return. Your staff was very helpful in finding gas station around the airport and I avoided penalty charges thanks to them..
Very clean car.. The only glitch was low windshield cleaning fluid.
