Bad car maintenance
Short of engine oil just 2nd day after pickup! Because it's Sun. we were forced to skip 2 locations and spent hours and hours drove thru dozen of gas stations and even cobtact a garage w/o any luck! It's a total nightmare!
Your staffs are great, serveices too but, NOT how you maintain your asset -- CAR!

The online check in was fast and great. I had my car ready when I checked in and it was in perfect condition. Their system is really good and the drop off is extremely fast as well, confirming the closure of the contract.
I would definitely rent here again

Unfair fuel charge
Although I've returned the vehicle full tank at the Bolonia airport Italy I've been charged 60,00Euro for refueling. This is unacceptable . This is like stealing . You sould be ashamed.

Quick service
Quick service, modern vehicle with good specifications, and competitive pricing. Pick-up and drop-off were both smooth and quick, and - rarely for car hire companies - there was no attempt to up-sell enhanced insurance.
