The vehicle pickup process was quick and efficient. I especially appreciated receiving the exact model I had selected rather than a "similar" alternative. Since we returned the car very early in the morning, there was no immediate feedback regarding the vehicle's status, which was expected given the early hour.

Friendly staff. Fluent English spoken (and yes, ashamed my Italian is not good enough). Cars are always recent, reliable and very well presented. Handovers simple and efficient. Best I have used at Brindisi airport.

Extremely convenient pickup and drop off with friendly, helpful staff at the station. I used the online check-in, which worked very well. Probably the most nimble and positive car rental I've ever experienced in Italy.

The only advise for improvement is to shift to an interior cleaner chemical with less smell. One of us is allergic and sensitive to strong scents (which is pretty common) and the smell from the detergent in the car was so strong that we had to turn back to see if we could shift to another car. The staff was helpful but the other available car - of course - had the same strong chemical smell inside from the cleaning.

So, to be even better, please use another cleaner product with less scent!
