I found your service very efficient and friendly from arrival after my flight at the desk right through to the car return , when the car was quickly checked and passed .
I was shocked at the price quoted for a booster seat on arrival which I had forgot to pre-book with my broker. €64 for a booster child seat for a week I think is extortionate, I could purchase one in a store for much less than half that price. That was the only negative. (But I didn’t go with that option in the end so was all good for me.

Staff very friendly and didn't take long to get the keys or drop it off, car was almost brand new and exactly type we booked, would definitely recommend to others.

I rented an SUV for 10 days. I got a low-mileage 2026 Peugeot 3006. Everything was great—friendly service, and a smooth pickup and drop-off process. It was my first time renting a car without a security deposit. I definitely recommend it.

Avoid Locauto Rent S.p.A. at all costs! This company uses heavily misleading commercial practices and internal documentation maneuvers to delay consumer funds. After a valid phone cancellation on July 27th, formally confirmed by their Reservation Center agent, their Customer Care Escalation Team officially provided a misleading response today, claiming they needed weeks to investigate and that proper forms were required.Today, during a live dispute chat, a live support agent officially provided me with their internal system database logs . Their master system log dated August 6th (ID: 794262) explicitly states: "This reservation has been cancelled in due time, please issue refund". This is absolute proof of internal manipulation and bad faith! Locauto had full, verified clearance to return my money on August 6th, yet they held my EUR 602.26 without any legal grounds for an additional 15 days (until August 21st).By freezing my financial liquidity for nearly a month, they completely disrupted my planned family holiday with my father in Zakopane, causing extreme stress and forcing urgent leave rearrangements at work. Even after returning the principal amount under intense pressure, their management rejected all liability for the ruined holiday (danno da vacanza rovinata). The entire file, including their internal log screenshots and full transcripts, has been officially forwarded to the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) and the European Consumer Centre (ECC Case 92040).I am strongly warning everyone: protect your money and your sanity, and avoid this highly unprofessional company at all costs!
