Good choice of rent a car
However we received a different car from the one I asked and paid for, two days later we could changed it without any problem, though. Nice people at Lecce and Bari branches. Thank you!!

Great experience
We had to hire a car from them in Lecce due to a public transport strike and they were brilliant. Dropping it off at their Bari train station location requires some wits about you but I would definitely use Locauto again.

Quick and friendly service
Quick and friendly service : clear explanation of all features and documents.
We had a VW Caravelle for 6 adults : enough space for ourselfs and the loggage; an automatic gear could make it more perfect.
To improve : drop off place in Napels was not well indicated.
Overall good choice.

Good experience
The employee at the desk was very helpful. Clear explanations, good behavior, recommended.
However, waiting time was a bit too long for both retrieving and returning the vehicle (the only reason I am not giving 5 stars).

The drop off place in Rome was difficult to reach. Other than that, everything was fine. The car, even though with a lot of small scratches, was perfect!

Overall a positive experience
Overall a positive experience. Would have preferred to receive the car model I’d ordered but it was not a big deal. Staff were friendly and helpful at pick up, and also at drop off (Bologna Centrale). Car was adequate though it had an issue with the screen washers (no, the reserve wasn’t empty). Regardless would use again.
