One of the best rental car services I have ever seen!!
It was one of the best rental service I have ever seen. I took the car at the Linate Airport, Milano. It was easy and quickly to take the car, which I was booked in advance. As well easy to get the car at the parking. The car was exactly as I expected and worked fine along the time I rented it. The guys at the desk as well at the parking were very helpful.

Ordered a car or similar through third party website.
quick meet and greet at their airport office.
We got the car, there was no issues.
We ended the trip at another airport, where i received the receipt 3-4 minutes after turning in the car.
No issues, 5 stars.

Professional and fast and smoothe service!
The car, a Toyota Yaris, although pretty new (from Febr.2025) had very many scatches and dents. Inside it was not really clean. Technically it was 100% ok. It has a very low fuel consumption! The staff in the airport-agency and at the rental-station itself was friendly, helpful and customer oriented! Both the outgoing process as well as the return-process were quick, smoothe and professional.- But: Locauto should definitely provide information -at least to not italien drivers- about the autostrada-toll-system and the gas station -selfservice-system. Both are unknown, at least in Germany.

I got late by 45 mins around airport…
I got late by 45 mins around airport due to difficult in finding the return spot and they charged me full day extra fee. When I spoke to them this is not ethical to charge for one full day as there was genuine concern but they responded saying this is how system works! This is un ethical system!

Fabulous Fabrizio at Milan Linate…
Fabulous Fabrizio at Milan Linate airport came up trumps by seeking my vehicle out in the car park as I followed my Google maps direction and saw some small signs to enter the car park. The regular entrance used to allow you to access the Locaauto office on the 5th floor but there are roadworks on the ramp at level 3 that blocks you! :(
Other drivers were circling the car parks similarly endeavouring to access the car rental floors. One driver just left his car on floor 3, took a photo and handed his keys into the rental sales office at the terminal!
*****note*****. Avoid the normal entrance to the car park and look up from your SatNav/Goigle Maps. There is a bigger sign on the roundabout for car rental returns. Follow that and you will be fine. Care! Take a wide berth on the ramp from level 4 to level 5 as there is a low steel barrier on the right that a lot of people cannot see.
