The staff was helpful and positive, and the support via email was quick and responsive.
Unfortunately, the car itself was not in good condition. The car was due for servicing, the oil warning light was on, and the interior was dirty and stained. LocAuto initially suggested exchanging the car because of the oil issue, but in the end, we had to drive to Pisa Airport and back with the same car, despite the unresolved oil problem.
Considering the price we paid for the rental and the full coverage package, we expected the car to be in much better condition.

Stress-free and reliable service!
It was my first time driving abroad coming from Japan, and my English isn't very fluent, but I felt completely safe and comfortable using this service. Although I had trouble completing the online check-in beforehand, they quickly confirmed my reservation via WhatsApp, which completely relieved my anxiety. Highly recommended!
