Car pick-up and drop-off was a very easy and pleasant process, and the staff were very polite—I didn't encounter any problems at all. Even though I didn't get the exact car I originally booked (a Peugeot 2008), they provided a similar model (a Fiat Grande Panda), which was brand new and in excellent condition. I was very satisfied with this company and would definitely choose them again in the future.

We put the wrong driver name. And it seems to be impossible for locauto to change a name, a simple name change. They do not allow us to make the change and the only solution is to buy a new rental car and pay everything again, just a simple name… 500€

at the time of ordering the rental we ordered an audi a3 group F and when we got to take the car the guy said no audi a3 is available at the moment which is not acceptable at all since i gave the flight number and ordered the car waay ahead, instead he gives us a jeep avenger saying that it's from the same group with the same price, now I look at the rentals on your site the jeep avenger is in a group M which is the group your desk agent said it is but for a day there is a price difference of 40.77 euros!!
I would like to get a refund of the difference between the two cars please.
this is my first time renting from your company, I hope this is not the way you treat your customers

Regarding the price difference you noticed online, please note that we offer both a manual transmission Jeep Avenger in Group M (which is priced lower) and an automatic transmission Jeep Avenger, which sits in a different category and price tier.

The process of picking up and returning the car was quick and smooth.
The office was easy to find.
The car was ready on time and clean.
What was not good: the car had damage on both right-side doors, and the tire-pressure warning light came on immediately after I left the office.
I was told that I had nothing to worry about because I had purchased full insurance coverage. However, personally, I did not feel comfortable driving around in a car with visible signs of accident damage.

Regarding the bodywork damage, we would like to clarify that minor cosmetic damages are not repaired immediately unless they compromise the vehicle's safety.

An absolutely outstanding car rental experience from start to finish!
The service at Locauto Milano Malpensa was excellent — professional, friendly, efficient, and very helpful. The whole rental process was smooth and easy.
The car itself was brand new, extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and maintained to the highest standard. We drove a lot during our trip around Italy, and the car was perfect throughout the entire journey.
I have rented cars many times before, but I can confidently say that this was the best car rental experience I have ever had.
I would definitely choose Locauto again on my next trip to Italy and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and high-quality vehicles.

In my Locauto rental at the Venice…
In my Locauto rental at the Venice airport I didn't buy insurance (it was online) because my Chase Creditcard covers. I was not forced to buy one at the counter while picking up the car. But, when I was renting a car from Locauto directly at the Milan MXP Airport, the person at the counter made me sign the tablet without showing me the itemized costs, and ended up selling me arbitrary insurance, which I don't need because card already covers.
I want to be reimbursed for the extra cost for this purchase, I have the itemized receipt for this purchase.
