It was my first time driving abroad coming from Japan, and my English isn't very fluent, but I felt completely safe and comfortable using this service. Although I had trouble completing the online check-in beforehand, they quickly confirmed my reservation via WhatsApp, which completely relieved my anxiety. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing experience with this…
Very disappointing experience with this rental company. I reported the issue to them at the time it happened, but instead of handling the situation fairly and professionally, I was charged additional fees despite explaining the circumstances and providing evidence to support my case.
The customer service was not helpful, and I felt that my concerns were simply ignored. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously affected my trust in the company.
I would not recommend this company and will definitely choose a different rental company in the future.

Great experience
While it was more expensive than other budget rentals, we read a lot of negatives for the budget options about pushy sales and no service or unfairness on damage evaluation, so we went with Locauto. I am very glad we did because at the counter they were friendly and while they offered the additional services, they were not pushy at all. The car was great and they were very transparent about the damages when we picked it up and were also friendly when we dropped it off. No complaints whatsoever. The one advice I would have is to check if you need the toll subscription, we did not take it and it would have been way more expensive if we had, as in the end you don usually take a toll road every day.

First time in my life I have met the fake damage claim! I became a victim of a well coordinated fraud! In Verona airport I take a car and was in a hurry to make photos. At Malpensa T1 a girl started blame in the damage - pointing out the ROOF!!! In the airport no one has enogh time to complain etc.. Than I have received a bill for 1770 EUR!!! 100% FAKE!!!!
