The company was extremely cooperative from the beginning of the rental process at the counter. The staff member who handed over the car was also very helpful and professional. I rented the car for 13 days, and it was very clean and in excellent condition.
One of the best things was that no deposit was required, which was excellent. I also contacted them via email to request extra hours for the car return, and they responded very quickly and accommodated my request.
The return process was smooth and fast, and the staff handled everything efficiently. Many thanks to them for their excellent service and professionalism. Highly recommended

We returned the Car monday morning at 5…
We returned the Car sunday morning at 5 in the morning without any risks , the office of Locauto is closed at that time.( We put the keys in a special box)
At 10 We received an email that the Car had an scratch and We have To pay 500€ in 48 hours or they do take off the money from the credit card.
The minimum they should do is to send a foto of the scratch proving that there really is a sratch.

In Malpensa we got a Fiat Panda. After one week or so the battery suddenly was dead. That means that the first car was not what we expected to get! = Bad experience.
The change of the car in Mantua was quick and unbureaucratic, thanks to your colleagues. = Very good experience.

Would definitely use again. The staff on both pick up and return were excellent. Pre damage to car had already been noted and they appear to have a very fair return policy on damage too. Price was extremely competitive. Would not hesitate in booking with them again in the future.

You have been warned
It was a good experience. Easy. However, when I went todrop the car that guy tried to scam me by saying that I’ve got a mark on my wheel plates. Luckily I took a video before I took the keys to the car. And it saved me. Otherwise I could’ve got to fine of €1000 for scratch on the wheel plate!. Which could have been very bad. Beware of these scams and take a video before you get the keys of the car for any dents, scratches and scruffs.

The office is a very long walk from the airport arrivals area. I had booked a small VW SUV as I prefer the higher seat access and view. I was supplied with a low slung Peugeot 308 saloon with limited interior space- narrow windows but a huge boot ! No other vehicle available!
The staff were helpful - no issues with them - good return procedure too!
