The only issue was when we dropped the car off at Genoa airport we could not fill the car with petrol as the service station was shut and we were charged again for roadside assistance. Fortunately the second charge was dropped

Since I was going to drive in Switzerland it would have been good if they'd been able to provide a car with a vignette already registered or explained the need for it.

Greatfull help on location, nice en brandnew car.They were very flexibel on moving the reservation from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 :-). Only thing is that they are unreachable by phone.

Overcharged at the return of the vehicle without a clear explanation of the expense that I would have challenged on the spot. I was recommended by my Italian colleagues from my company sourcing department to rent from Locauto for a personal trip but I initiated a company internal control to remove them from our suppliers list.

I appreciate the web interface, through which you can arrange everything in advance, including documents (ID, driver's license). Then you can pick up the vehicle very easily and quickly. The car was basically new.

I got even better car that i paid for (got a hybrid which saved me some money on petrol). The car look like brand new - without a scratch.

I also got an option to change the place I could leave the car (Terminal 1 insted of terminal 2) where i got a plane. It was convenient.

I had a great experience renting this car in Italy. The vehicle was in excellent condition, very clean, and well-maintained. It drove smoothly and was perfect for both city trips and longer drives across the countryside.

The pickup and return process was quick and hassle-free, and the staff was professional and friendly throughout. Everything worked exactly as expected, which made the whole trip much more enjoyable.

I would definitely recommend this rental and would happily choose it again in the future.

Helpful receptionist on arrival. Not pushed for extra services - but a cheap upgrade to an automatic car was worthwhile. Good staff member on return of car.

It was my second time, and everything just went smooth as you would wish for. Full insurance to not worry. Just simply check in, pick up the car and drop it on the last day.

Everything went very smoothly from the moment I got to their Malpensa office. The personnel was very friendly and accommodating. The car was sparkling clean and brand new.

Simple and quick check in and out. No hidden extras. However, even though it was new, the MG3 was a very poor car. I would not want to drive one again.
