Despite I received different car than I booked, it was good and confortable. Had no problems. To take and return in selfservice was easy and clear.

On arriving at the Locauto desk
On arriving at the Locauto desk, there was only one person dealing with customers, which was unfortunate as there was an issue with the customer and the front of the queue which then held up the rest of us behind him which meant that 6 families where then held up for an hour picking up their cars.
But on the flip side Locauto were excellent in retaining my GPS cable and holder and getting in back to me, thank you for that!

Great service and very fast
Great service and very fast. I have ordered a car on their website a week before the arrival to Pescara and when we arrived all the processes took only 5 minutes and I had the keys in my hand. Best recommendations.

We didint damage the car
We didint damage the car. Glass was scrathed when we took it. Nice scam
Car we were given was not the one we ordered. We were given a car at dark in rain it was diffucult to spot the damage that already was there. No one has said about the damage on the car and no one was there at the parking. All we were said is that the car is new but nothing about damage that was on a window. It looks like it was given on purpose to scam!!!!!!!!

Also, you are asked to sign it for acceptance. In this way, pre-existing damages don’t generate issues when returning the vehicle. When dropping off the car or the van, you are welcomed by our parking staff who invites you to check the conditions of the vehicle. If damage or missing parts are detected, you are deemed responsible for the related amount, as provided for in the Car Damage List

The man on the desk ( sorry I didn’t ask his name) was very pleasant and polite and helpful and sorted out the contract quickly and gave clear instructions on how to find the car where he met us to look over and check the car ( although it wasn’t the car that we had originally booked the car was clean and had everything we needed, and was in good condition he showed us where the snow chains were should we need them and told us how to exit and what to do on our return as well as the information in case of a emergency, he was extremely helpful and professional, we will definitely use them again next time we go to Pescara
