The man on the desk ( sorry I didn’t ask his name) was very pleasant and polite and helpful and sorted out the contract quickly and gave clear instructions on how to find the car where he met us to look over and check the car ( although it wasn’t the car that we had originally booked the car was clean and had everything we needed, and was in good condition he showed us where the snow chains were should we need them and told us how to exit and what to do on our return as well as the information in case of a emergency, he was extremely helpful and professional, we will definitely use them again next time we go to Pescara

Friendly employees and a good car
The male and female employees were very friendly. The car was very good (too modern for me, but that's how it is nowadays) and the car was very economic and was not that expensive to rent.
I was also grateful that they didn't make it too complicated regarding the debit card.

The service was perfect! Quick and clear — everything, including the car pick-up, was very easy. Also, you don’t need to pay a deposit and you can use a debit card instead of a credit card.

I was very satisfied with the service and the prompt handling. The employee was very friendly, explained everything about the vehicle, and escorted us to the exit. One week rental in Chieti, Italy…
Initially I reserved VW Golf for one week at Chieti airport location. The vehicle was upgraded to Jeep Renegade. Rental process was fast and easy. The same with return. I returned vehicle few hours late but was not charged extra. Will use again.
