Friendly employees and a good car
The male and female employees were very friendly. The car was very good (too modern for me, but that's how it is nowadays) and the car was very economic and was not that expensive to rent.
I was also grateful that they didn't make it too complicated regarding the debit card.

The service was perfect
The service was perfect! Quick and clear — everything, including the car pick-up, was very easy. Also, you don’t need to pay a deposit and you can use a debit card instead of a credit card.

I was very satisfied with the service and the prompt handling. The employee was very friendly, explained everything about the vehicle, and escorted us to the exit. For me, this is the right way to take care of customers. I already rented my car from Locauto last year and would do so again on my next stay in Pescara! Many thanks!

One week rental in Chieti, Italy…
Initially I reserved VW Golf for one week at Chieti airport location. The vehicle was upgraded to Jeep Renegade. Rental process was fast and easy. The same with return. I returned vehicle few hours late but was not charged extra. Will use again.

I recommand their services. Easy going and helpful.
As a non italian speaker, they were fluent in english and it helped me a lot.
Car was fairly recent and in a good condition.
