It was quick with no problem. I could use my Visa debit card. Quite cheap. Returned key to drop box. No issues

The employee was very friendly and professional.
The rental car was in top condition.The return of the rental car went without any problems.Didn't know Locauto as a car rental company before and was pleasantly surprised by the good service.

Good but not unreservedly so.
We liked the car but, not for the first time, were unable to easily sign it off when we returned it. Friendly reception but it a bit worrying to discover that roadside assistance is not part of the standard deal and has to be purchased separately.
