Everything was good
Everything was good. Car was nice and new. Staff was good. But you should to explain more about insurence rules. I have to paid for insures for two time, first when i am book the car (from discovered cars) and when second time in your offise because you said that you couldin't see the insures

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. From arrival, the team were friendly, helpful, and very efficient. We were also offered a great price for an upgrade, which was a nice bonus. The whole process was quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

We were very skeptical considering some of the reviews. However, we were pleasently surprised! A smooth collection where we upgraded our car with ease and no pressure. No forced upselling of insurance either. Returned and not a problem at handover, car was checked over and all good. We'd use again.

Perfect rental experience
Very simple booked through Zest. Locauto were brilliant, simple to collect, perfect drop off in another location/airport. Highly recommend, would be my go to in future.

Excellent Car Rental Experience in Italy
We had a very positive experience with Locauto during our trip to Italy. We picked up the car at Pisa Airport and returned it at Florence Airport, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
The staff were friendly, professional and helpful, the car was in excellent condition, and both pick-up and return were quick and easy. We also rented two child seats, which worked perfectly and made travelling as a family much easier.
We really appreciated the flexibility of picking up the car in Pisa and returning it in Florence. We are very happy with our experience and would definitely choose Locauto again next time we rent a car in Italy. Highly recommended!

The car was very good mechanically and comfortable but we needed an explanation of the displays, especially how to work the nav and how to show distance run. We could not change driver display from tyre pressures and had great difficulty entering destinations desired in nav.
