Lovely car
Lovely car, v clean. Efficient service (albeit a bit slow as one staff member dealing with tricky problem took some time). Agency is nowhere near the station - none of the rental places are so it's a taxi ride, but this is the only one that only closes for an hour at lunchtime. Easy check-in, car checked over while I was present.

Reasonable option in Siena
The process was easy and the vehicle was reliable and clean. We were disappointed by the lack of CarPlay for GPS navigation in the Skoda we had.

The staff was very friendly
The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we rented the car, they showed us some minor scratches that had been made earlier and noted them in the contract. The rental company is a bit far from the station, but a direct bus runs there. After returning the car, we asked the Lacauto staff to order us a taxi, which they did without any problems.

Pleasant and helpful. Car great. They booked us a taxi after we dropped off
Nice people at the centre which is a little out of town but easy to get to by taxi from the station

Positive, professional, cordial, patient, obliging agents on site who take pride in delivering excellent service—at the point of pick-up as well as drop-off. I cite Luca for praise because his is the only name (of three) I know. All three deserve special recognition.
