Helpful friendly staff at collection and return. Good quality car, clean and well presented. We arrived early so the car we had booked wasn’t yet ready however were offered a very suitable alternative. We were also offered a very reasonably priced upgrade to full winter tyres which we accepted as we were going into the mountains. Car was comfortable and was good to drive. Very smooth process overall, I would use this rental company again.

First of all, the kindness of the person to attend my request and his efforts to find a solution (no cars available!).
The only option was a 9 people mini van, which after trying to get out of the parking I gave up.

After using this company’s services for the first time, I was very satisfied because renting a car went smoothly. However, when I tried to book a car for my trip directly through the company’s website the second time, a system error occurred and my reservation was not confirmed, even though the money was withdrawn from my bank account. I contacted the company about compensation back in September, but the money still has not been returned to me.

Update: Thank You, After two months I received my money back.

Best welcoming and service in a long time. The stuff at Torino airport made me believe in car rental as service business again. Easy check in as I used the app.

We rented a 9 seat van with full insurance. It had a lot of bumps but besides that it was in good condition and drove well.
We filled it up less than 10 km from the airport, but when returning it they said it wasn’t completely full. Locauto gave us the option to drive out again and fill it up, but we chose not to do that since we had to check in for the flight. We therefore had to pay another 23 EUR for the fuel + 50 EUR in fine!
You really need to make sure the tank is full and fill more even though the pistol stops automatically. Also, please note that the gas station at the Turin airport is not necessarily open.

I give this service 5 stars very helpful and the car was great the man at the air port was great very helpful and nice i will be booking with them next time.
