Avoid at all costs . First Time traveling had such a bad experience regarding car rental . We had to cancel our order it's impossible to get refund even though I was informed I will get 50eu fine and rest of money will be refunded. Sending from one person to another . We will send next week money , call other person , send email to this address . No one can explain anything just sending from one person to another . Total scam . Never ever again .

Out of all my car rental experiences over the past several years — including throughout the COVID period — this was by far the best one.

At the Locauto office window at Turin Airport, I was helped by a wonderfully responsive and friendly young man. He took the time to help us choose the right child car seat based on my child's height, and even helped carry it all the way to the car. Before we signed the contract, he walked around the vehicle with us and carefully pointed out every small scratch and mark on the car, so there were no surprises later.

The car itself, an Opel, exceeded our expectations — modern, comfortable, and in excellent condition. I was also pleasantly surprised by how fuel-efficient it was.

I also want to highlight the kindness and helpfulness of another Locauto employee at the drop-off point, located at the parking area in central Turin in Porta Nuova station, where we continued on with the rest of our trip.

In all my years of renting cars, I've never encountered such polite and genuinely helpful staff at any rental company. This was also the first time the entire process ended smoothly, with no disputes and no attempts to squeeze extra money out of us at return.

I booked a car but because I forgot my physical card at home I could not receive it.
I called at their office to edit the reservasition.
They did not want to add to the existing reservation another driver with all documents ok. We could not cancel the reservation, they passed us from one operator to another with no solutions. It is not fair at all!
Your policy has no respect to the client. You do not offer any option to help/solve the issue, even for a certain fee. Your goal is only to get the money, no concern about the client needs.
Not to mention that I am a previous client of you and I used the same card last time for rent.

It is very smooth and quick. When you arrive at the rental office you are so focused on getting on the road so that is very important. Very friendly and helpful staff. Makes you feel confident. Perfect!
