Excellent experience with Locauto in Italy! I was able to use my debit card without any issues. I opted for the full insurance, which gave me great peace of mind and meant no hidden costs afterwards. The car was in great condition and the service was professional. Everything was crystal clear. I would definitely rent from them again!

I've never been so satisfied with a company car. All the guys working there, Veronica, Chiara, and Alle, are incredible communicators, smiling, kind, and helpful at Treviso Airport.

Where has this company been before? We got our car on Friday, April 10th, and returned on Tuesday 14th.
Easy process, just fill a form, get the car, return it as it should be, and that's it. Prices are great, I guess.
I recommend it to anyone, and of course, everywhere I will travel in Italy gonna get a car from them for sure.

I have rented a few times with Locauto and the company always provides a great service.

Very bad experience

The staff was helpful and even that they said that the car which had been reserved for us had some problems they quickly found suitable replacement.

The process was very easy and the policy has no hidden taxes, as I met at other car rentals that tried to chip extra money for a bit of dust on the car.
The lady at the info booth provided me with a free upgrade for the car, and was very helpful.
Next time I'll come in Italy, I'll rent with the same company.

We booked our rental car from Locauto through Ryanair, and the price was better than what other companies offered. The rental conditions were very good and completely matched our expectations.
At Treviso Airport, the service was fast, smooth, and professional. Monica was wonderful — friendly, efficient, and very helpful.
When we reached the garage, our car was brand new and waiting for us, perfectly prepared. The return process was just as easy, with no issues at all.
Overall, a great experience. I would definitely choose Locauto again.

Great experience with Locauto. The pick-up process was quick and very straightforward, with no unnecessary delays. I especially appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase additional insurance—everything was explained clearly and honestly, without feeling pushed.

No deposit was required, which made the whole process even more convenient. Veronica was very professional and helpful, providing clear and transparent recommendations regarding extra coverage without any insistence.

The drop-off at Verona airport was also smooth, fast, and hassle-free.

The car was fantastic and great. Since the rental was due to going to the mountains and winter tyres are not an option I specifically requested snow chains/socks. These were supplied and when I asked the attendant he said they fit the vehicle. Unfortunately these did not fit the wheel size. This caused a big hazard to my family when driving in icy conditions. What makes me angry is that this has happened again and Lucauto had reassured me it won't happen again. When we tried to call for assistance on the number they gave us (Chiara) we never got through and despite several messages on the answering machine noone called back and we had to call a private tow truck for assistance. If there will be a next time I will ask the attendant to fit them before departure and if they don't know how to (as it happened) I will keep waiting until someone fits them.

Product with don't worry package was excellent although we caused no damage to the van. Van was ready although ee arrived for pickup a few minutes early. Easy pick up and drop off. Signs at Treviso airport where to drop off van was not clear as entrance not easy to find. Hap to ask officialof Treviso airport office. A mal on the website showing entrance would be appecited when booking.
