Quick, professional staff and brand new car
Very quick, efficient and professional staff. No Hussle in anyway. Pick-up was really easy and smooth. Overall took around 15 min. The lady staff walked me through the parking lot in order to get the car and check it for issues all together. The same when dropping off. The came outside while heavy raining was pouring and they checked everything. Overall in-and-out less than 10min.
Great place and brand new Ford Puma with 1200Kms on the clock.

A good rental experience.
Fairly quick and easy pick-up, after waiting for around 30 minutes with two people in front of me. A nice, new car, no problems during the rental. Quick and easy return with no damage caused or recorded. The staff at Trieste Airport location were friendly and helpful.

Always good experience, still issues with smart check-in
As usual, good experience, however, I faced the same issue with the smart check-in as roughly a Month ago and therefore just 4 starts.
So far, the smart check-in was working, except that after successful completion, the system returned with 'No data available' and I had to visit the desk at arrival.
At least the checkout was then very fast.

The full coverage rules were not clear when booking through Discovery Cars. I did not know that if something happened, I would need to pay Locauto first, and then Discovery Cars would reimburse me for the costs.
This was the third time I tried to rent a Jeep Avenger, and it did not work out.

When I arrived at Trieste Airport, I was very impressed with the service I received. The two female staff members who assisted me were incredibly helpful, understanding, and kind. They made my experience smooth and pleasant after my journey. I would definitely use this company again in the future and highly recommend their service.

Unbeatable
Exceptional communication. The staff spoke Spanish, which we greatly appreciated. The car was spotless. Both pick-up and drop-off were quick and hassle-free. I 100% recommend Locauto for car rentals.
