The car was good on the road and the device was excellent. The company already had noted any older damage prior to giving me the car keys. The insurance coverage was full without any extra bank card deposit. The girl at the desk was very helpful and explanatory.

We picked the car up in Verona and dropped it off in Venice. We also got upgraded to a bigger car and everything was very smooth! Great service!

Helpful, unflappable staff. The queue was very long and many customers, including ourselves had to wait for over an hour to get our car.
Booking process was through Hays and very simple.
It would be helpful to have ore staff at the desk to make the process more seamless and efficient.

I rented a Tiguan and paid quite a bit extra because we needed the cargo room. When we got there, of course they gave us a different car, a BYD. When I explained I needed the cargo room, the attendant lied and said "this car has the same if not more room than the Tiguan". So I just took it. I had another 3 hr drive after flying in from the United States. After getting to our destination, a quick Google search verified that I had 30% + less cargo space. My bags and strollers were packed to the ceiling, I couldn't even see out the back window. It was not safe.

They could have at least tried to see if they had anything else, before lying when I expressed my concerns. But instead, they just said whatever they needed to to get me to shut up and leave. When emailing my concerns, I was responded too with a copy of the contract and told "you signed this and we can give you any of these cars we want".

They got us out of a pinch. Booking in person was great. Returning our car was terrible. We had two cars. One was simple, the other not so much. The lady who helped us looked over our car for 5 minutes, made us pay an extra day for being a little late. She was rude. Other car had no extra charges and check in took about 30 seconds.

The first vehicle provided was completely inconsistent with my reservation. I booked an Audi A3 Avant, but was handed a Jeep SUV instead.
Shortly after driving out of the airport rental station, the tire pressure warning light went off. It was already very late that day, so we decided not to return for a replacement immediately.

We contacted customer service first thing the next morning, only to be told the issue could only be resolved with an in-person visit to the rental desk. We finally got the car replaced in the evening of the second day, resulting in a full day of lost usage and major disruption to our travel plans。
