Everything went normal.
Not the first time I rent with Locauto. Never had a problem.

The process was easy and the staff friendly. The car was great (brand new)

We rented a car at the Venice airport, and it broke down fifteen minutes later on the highway. Locauto didn't help us get to our accommodations, and we had to wait two days to get a replacement car. After filing a claim for compensation, we are still waiting for a response from customer service. This is completely unacceptable.

Outstanding Car Rental Experience

Excellent experience from beginning to end. The quality of the vehicle was outstanding — modern, comfortable, in perfect condition, and exceptionally clean both inside and out.

The pick-up process was extremely smooth and well organized, with everything ready on time, and the drop-off was just as quick and hassle-free. It really made the whole rental experience easy and enjoyable.

The rental was fine however upon return we did not know that we could have returned the car to terminal 1 for international flights and not terminal 2. That would have been very helpful to know when picking car up.

Was a great service felt it was a little over priced but then it was last minute and the car was a lovely suv absolutely drove like a dream and no issues dropping it back another car hire we used before these guys let us down massively and should be avoided at all costs still trying to get our money back acovia stress free car rental which is ironic because they were so rude and unhelpful left a family stranded at the airport

The car was brand new, clean.
The difference was the customer service. Very different experience than we had in all our other rentals in Italy.
I recommend this Company especially to American visitors.

Excellent experience. We waited 10 min to check in at the desk on the 2nd floor of Parcheggio 1 then were sent up to the 3rd floor to collect the car. No wait there at all.
We had booked (on Booking.com) an Audi A3 and got a BMW 1 Series which I thought was fine as an equivalent. It was nearly new, spotless, full of fuel and efficient. There was no damage on it and we didn't cause any. We didn't pay extra for satnav but the built in sat nav worked anyway. We brought our own child seat. No complaints at all. I like that we could take the car to Slovenia, Austria and Croatia without any fees.

Everything was fine with the car and the staff when doing the check-in. The only thing that I considered a bit expensive is the full insurance offered by Locauto. The insurance was more expensive than hiring the car for 15 days.

Really easy to find, just a short walk from the airport terminal, staff were very friendly, car was clean and ready to go when we arrived, return was the same, quick and easy, hassle free, would highly recommend

Everything went quite well. The only thing to improve is the time needed to get the car. 1 hour wait in a not very well organized line. Pre paid bookings should have a more agile way to get the car

Good service, good car in a very good condition.

Despite having a reservation, I had to wait almost three hours in the heat with about 15 other people for a car. And then the car with automatic transmission, which was important to me and for which I paid extra, wasn't available. For three weeks, they couldn't provide me with the car I wanted! All they offered me was a €50 discount for those three weeks. Never again!
